2025 Proposal Submission Form Acquisitions Institute at Timberline Lodge
2025 Acquisitions Institute at Timberline Lodge
Sunday, May 18 - Wednesday, May 21, 2025 (Sunday thru Wednesday in 2025)

Proposal deadline: EOD Monday, December 30, 2024
Applicants will be notified by Monday, January 20, 2025

The planning committee invites submissions from individuals, pairs, or groups for presentations on all aspects of library acquisitions and collection management. The small size, single-track nature of the institute encourages conversational presentations, and presenters are encouraged to directly engage the audience (whether the presentation leans more toward the practical "here's what we did" session or toward the more abstract "here's what we think" session). The committee may also seek to achieve balance in the program by bringing individual proposals together to form panels, or by recommending that a proposal be converted to a table talk. We invite you to indicate whether or not you'd be interested in these opportunities below.

The Acquisitions Institute is committed to diversity, inclusion, equity, and social justice. Please review our Code of Conduct (http://acquisitionsinstitute.org/acquisitions-institute-code-of-conduct/), and we look forward to reviewing your proposal!
